Applicant must fill out the application 100% and dropped by B & B Realty in Tazewell,  Scenic Realty in Wytheville or mail to : A-Rentals, Inc. 770 Wytheview Drive Wytheville Va 24382

Acceptance is based on:

  1. Applications are accepted on a “First come first serve” basis.
  2. Applications will be accepted for at least 24 hours from the time the property is placed on the website.
  3. Application must be completed 100% and signed or it will be automatically rejected.
  4. An Application has been received for all parties over 18.
  5. No evictions, refusals to pay rent or felony convictions.
  6. Occupancy standards were met. (No more than 2 per bedroom).
  7. No false information was found on the application.
  8. References were all favorable.
  9. Legal history favorable.
  10. Credit history favorable.
  11. The applicant that has met the previous criteria and has been renting a property from a non-family member in the previous location the longest will be chosen.
